There is a specific way to use our servers to have success with cold email. Our insights tabs gives you some guidance on what you're doing well and what you can improve on. There are currently 8 insights we have. Please find the definitions below for each. If you have any specific questions on each feel free to ask us in support!

Outbound Email

Track your server's email output to stay under 100k monthly, with a 50/50 split between cold and warming emails. Exceeding this limit indicates the need for an additional server. Lower volumes enhance performance.

Domains

This metric shows the number of domains hosted on your server. An increase in domains often correlates with more mailboxes, which beyond a certain threshold, can impact server performance negatively.

Mailboxes

This metric indicates the total number of mailboxes on your server. While the critical limit to watch is your outbound email count, you're free to host as many mailboxes as needed, provided you stay within your email sending capacity.

Server Blacklist

We actively track if your server is on a blacklist.

Bad Copy Score

This score reflects feedback from blacklists and email service providers regarding the content of your emails. By tracking this, we offer a dynamic score to give you a clear view of how your email copy is perceived externally, helping you optimize for better engagement and deliverability.

Sends per Box

This metric calculates the average daily emails sent from each mailbox over the last 7 days. A lower average suggests better deliverability.

Box per Domain

This metric tracks the average number of active mailboxes associated with each domain.
