In the server tab you will see the Suggested Send Limit metric. This is a suggestion to help you keep track of how many emails you should be sending per hour across your server.
Calculation
This metric is calculated:
730 hours in a month x 137 emails per hour = 100,010 emails
When we onboard you to Mailreef we suggest:
Do not send more than 100k emails per month per server.
This should include 50k cold emails and 50k warming emails per month, per server.
This is where the hourly suggested sending limit comes from.
Going Above The Suggested Limit
The best way to analyze if you're going over this limit is by turning off the "Received" metrics to just look at outbound emails. The chart will look like this:
That said, most Mailreef users don't want to send cold emails during non-business hours so it's common to see temporary spikes above the Suggested Send Limit. This is fine as long as you stay below your month server limit of 50k cold emails per month and 50k warming emails per month.
The most important metric is that you don't go over 50k cold emails per month and 50k warming emails per month per server.
Avoid Large Peaks And Valleys In Sending Patterns
For best deliverability you want to have consistent sending patterns. Large peaks and valleys in your sending charts can cause sending issues. That said, it's only nature to have some peaks and valleys, just be mindful of the drastic ups and downs.

The best way to prevent peaks and valleys is to:
Space out your cold emails
Have a strong warmup tool that is always sending out emails consistently - NOT periodically. Monitor your warmup tool to make sure they are sending warmup emails hourly and not in large bursts.
