To add an Ionos domain follow these steps.

1. Go To Your Domain & Then DNS

2. Add MX Record

Within the DNS click "Add Record", then select "MX" as the record option and fill it out like this.

Value could be something like mbox.fuzzysnails.com. Please reference your settings!

Note if it says "The service will be disabled" before you hit save this is okay. You want to override all records for this.

3. Add SPF via TXT File

Select "Add Record" again and then select "TXT" file. Then fill out the SPF like this:

4. Add DKIM via TXT file

Select "Add Record" again and then select "TXT" file. Then fill out the DKIM like this:

5. Add DMARC via TXT File

Select "Add Record" again and then select "TXT" file. Then fill out the DMARC like this:

6. Then in Mailreef hit "Recheck DNS"

Once you think you have added all records you can hit "Recheck DNS" within Mailreef. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't get accepted right away. It typically takes a few hours all the way up to 72 hours! We periodically recheck this for you so you can just go to lunch for an hour, come back and it should be all set up!
