To connect your Mailreef mailbox to Bluemail, locate the SMTP and IMAP login credentials for your mailboxes under the mailboxes tab of your Mailreef dashboard, and then follow these steps after installing Bluemail to connect your mailbox.
Once Bluemail has been installed, click on Continue
Enter in the email address you are attempting to connect.
Enter in the password for your mailbox, and then unclick the "Automatic" option.
Select the "IMAP option"
Enter in the IMAP server address for your mailbox, select SSL/TLS under the Security dropdown menu, select "PLAIN" for authentication, and connect under Port 993. Once added, click Next.
Enter in the SMTP server address for your mailbox, select SSL/TLS under the Security dropdown menu, select "PLAIN" for authentication, and connect under Port 465. Once added, click Next.
Add your sender name and any additional description you wish to include and click on "Next"
Define your notification preferences and then select "Done" to connect.
And that's It!
To Note: Authentication errors are typically caused from copy and pasting incorrectly so please double check there are no additional spaces within any fields while following this guide.
