AWS makes it a little tricky to sync your domains to Mailreef. Everything is fairly easy except the DKIM aspect.
Step 1: Add your domain into Mailreef via the Bring Your Own Domain option
Add your domain into Mailreef via the Bring Your Own Domain option
Step 2: Add your MX, SPF and DMARC in AWS. Don't Add Your DKIM!
Take your DNS records and add them to your Route 53 AWS instance. Note, adding the MX, SPF and DMARC will be very easy to upload.
When you go to add your DKIM you will run into issue. When you run into this issue email support as outlined below.
Step 3: Email [email protected] to get your DKIM strings
You need to email into support to get you DKIM key broken into three strings so that AWS can accept it properly. When messaging into support, please send over all the domains that you plan to use with AWS.
Step 4: Take you strings to sync your DKIM
You want to upload it like this below. Note the space after the k=rsa; " part. You will also want a space after the first and second lines.
Step 5: Double check your spaces
You need to make sure the spaces are set up correctly. See the video here.
Step 6: Hit Sync DNS in Mailreef
If all is good, then it will properly sync! If you are still getting and error please be sure to check step 5 again as the spacings are very tricky!
